FAQ'S

SPEAKING TO OUR TEAM

Are you part of No. Twenty Three?

Yes - we are part of the bar just along the road. You can expect the same great management and the same high standard of service throughout.

How can I speak to a manager?

Need to get in touch? Drop us an email at info@miltonstreetmarket and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

I’d love to perform at your venue - how do I get in touch?

We’re always keen to hear from talented artists looking to bring great live music to the hall. Send us an email at info@miltonstreetmarket with a little bit about yourself, links to your music or socials and anything else you’d like us to know - we’d love to hear what you do.

Are you taking new food vendors?

All of our kitchen spaces are currently occupied, but we like to keep track of potential interest should circumstances change in the future.

If you would be interested in joining us, please send over some details about your food concept. We'd be delighted to keep your information on file and will be in touch should a suitable opportunity become available.

FAQ'S

BOOKING AND PAYMENTS

Do you take bookings?

No bookings here - we like to keep things relaxed, casual and easy. Just turn up, grab a seat and make yourself at home. Whether you’re popping in for a quick bite or settling in for the evening, we’ve kept things simple so everyone can enjoy the hall.

How do I order food and drinks?

However works best for you. Scan the QR code at your table to browse the menus and order online - we’ll bring your food and drinks straight to you. Prefer to order in person? You can also order drinks at the bar and food directly from the kitchen counters. Just make a note of your table number so we know where to find you.

Do you take cash?

We’re a cashless venue, so all payments are card and contactless only. It keeps things quicker at the bar, easier at the kitchens and means more time for food and good times.

FAQ's

ACCESSIBILITY

What accessibility facilities do you have?

We want everyone to feel welcome in the hall. We have accessible toilets and a baby changing room available on site. If you need assistance getting in, just speak to our door staff when you arrive - they’ll be happy to provide an access ramp and help you get settled in.

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

Yes - we’ve got vegetarian and vegan options available across the menus, and each dish has full allergen information listed so you can check what suits you. If you’re ordering at the counter, just let a member of staff know about any allergens when you order. If you’re ordering online, please make a note of any requirements there so the kitchen team can take it into account.

Are you dog friendly?

Absolutely - well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. Bring your four-legged sidekick along, just keep them close and make sure they’re comfortable in the busy hall environment.

Are you family friendly?

Yes we’re a family friendly venue and welcome guests of all ages. We’ve got a large baby changing room and high chairs available to make visits with little ones easier.

That said, we can get particularly busy during evenings and peak times, so while children are always welcome, those periods may be a little more lively and not always the most comfortable environment for younger guests.

FAQ's

GETTING HERE

Is there parking nearby?

Yes - there is free on-street parking available around the venue. As it can get busy at peak times, we recommend allowing a little extra time to find a space, especially at weekends and during events.

How do I get to you?

We’re right next door to Saltburn train station, so we’re super easy to reach by rail. There are also plenty of local bus routes stopping nearby. Coming by car or taxi? No problem - we’re well connected and easy to find whichever way you travel.
